Hi, I'm Savith 👋.

I started my academic journey with a major milestone—scoring 174 out of 200 in the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination, which earned me a place at Thurstan College, Colombo 7. I later achieved nine A grades at O/L and two B grades and a C at A/L.

I'm currently pursuing a BSc in Urban Informatics and Planning at the University of Moratuwa. In urban informatics, I work with GIS and geospatial tools including QGIS, GeoPandas, and PyQGIS, and explore machine-learning pipelines such as satellite-image classification. From my father, I learn about electrical machines, motor rewinding, three-phase induction motors, generator design, stator-winding calculations.

Python is my main programming language. I use Manim for mathematical animation and FastAPI for web applications, and I also build Android apps with Kotlin and work with Rust. I am very interested in Artificial Intelligence these days. I believe AI will change our lives dramatically in the next ten years.
